How to Read the VS Options Scanners:

VS Options is six scanners, and each adds a different layer to the same order flow. Run them in sequence and you get the full picture, from the market’s overall lean down to the exact levels price is drawn to.

Flow Overview: The market’s temperature. The top-down dashboard: put/call ratio, total call vs. put premium, and where volume is concentrated. Use it to set your bias for the session.

UOA Scanner: The unusual-activity radar. Narrows to individual contracts trading far above their norm, ranked by relative volume. Flip between calls and puts to build a shortlist of ideas.

Options Flow: The net-dollar leaderboard. Nets each name’s buying against selling into one directional number. This is conviction measured in money.

OPRA Tape: The raw feed. Every print. Your ground truth to confirm what the other scanners flag. Similar to Level 2 data.

IV Surface: The price of the options. Maps implied volatility across strikes and expirations, low to high. Helps determine whether to buy premium (long calls, long puts, butterflies) or sell it (condors).

Gamma: The map of magnet strikes. Shows where gamma concentrates by strike.  Your road map to help plot stock price movement.
